Intimate International Relations

The book International Relations works to present readers with a broad base of knowledge in a world that is infinitely complex and becoming more global with the passing of each day. If you desire to learn about the current governing bodies in the world today, this book will provide the basis for a life-long study.

IR for Beginners

This book is very straightforward and ideal for an introductory Political Science course at the college level. Definitions are in bold letters and Goldstein allows readers to follow along with ease.

Very Intense and informative

The textbook "International Relations" provides an extremely indepth overview of world politics. It's interesting, but definitely not light reading. (At the moment, I'm still trying to get through chapter three.) I highly recommend it for anyone who is thinking of pursuing International Relations at the post secondary level, but would like to learn more about the actual topic first.

This book is JUST LIKE THE 2006-2007 EDITION
Customer Rating:  Score = 1 Score = 1 Score = 1 Score = 1 Score = 1
Don't buy the new edition. It contains nothing new except just added more current events. If you want to save up, purchase the 2006-2007 edition because the content is just about the same in regards to the concept of trade, foreign policy systems and how the world court works too.

Good Overview but dont waste your money
Customer Rating:  Score = 4 Score = 4 Score = 4 Score = 4 Score = 4
It's a great textbook but as a student, when a new textbook rolls out every year with minor changes and different examples it doesn't seem quite worth it. If you're already well versed in international relations (either way of Model UN, or high school courses) don't bother buying a new copy. Most professors only use it as a guide. The real fun is in class and in discussion.
