Bob Books Set 3: Word FamiliesIn Bob Books Set 3, children progress gently into the next steps of reading. My son feels like a big boy
| Customer Rating:  | I bought these books because my son loves to read. He has been reading simple "stories" that I write on the computer but never real books of his own. When these came he just whizzed through the first series. I took them to his Kindergarden class because they were too easy for him. One to Series 2 and 3. These offered a bit more challenge and he loves them.
The stories really aren't that interesting. I believe he would agree. Each night he gets to read a book to me then I read a book to him. He feels much more involved in bedtime storytime.

| Customer Rating: | | These book sets are AWESOME! I originally purchased these sets for my daughter who wanted to learn to read when she was 3 years old. She quickly picked up the word patterns and was reading at a 2nd to 3rd grade level by Kindergarten. Now, at 12, she's reading at a post high school level. I recently reordered all the sets for my nephew who was struggling at his 1st grade level. He didn't like to read, but these books give kids the instant gratification and feeling of accomplishment and now he can't wait to move to the next book! Books are worth every penny! |
